SUP Yoga and Fitness in a pool

Take your training to the next level on a SUP board in a cosy 33 degrees warm pool!

Give yourself time for total relaxation and energy boost when it’s cold, rainy and dark outside.

You will practice SUP Fitness/Yoga in a small group (maximum 6 pers) led by a certified and dedicated instructor.

On this course each class will be 1 hour long ( 30 min fitness and 30 min yoga) with approximately 10 min swimming in a pool aftewards.

On each class we will be doing different cardio, strength, balance and mobility exercises followed by yoga (vinyasa flow, power yoga, yin inspired and restorative) with focus on soft movements, breathing and meditation that help us to calm the mind and the body.

This is a perfect course for you if you want to get in shape and if you feel tired or stressed out and need to recharge your batteries and find your inner peace.

No previous SUP or yoga experience is required, just an open heart and mind.

9 weeks course – 2500 SEK  (includes all equipment and sauna time with tea and cookies after our last class)

Note! If you miss a class because of sickness or other important reason, you will be compensated with a gift card with SUP yoga class outside.
