Important
- Everyone must be able to swim.
- The minimum age to rent a SUP is 18 years, ages 12 to 17 years – only accompanied by an adult. Bring a valid ID with you.
- Minimum age to participate in SUP yoga/fitness classes is 16 years, for other SUP classes and tours – 12 years, accompanied by an adult.
- NO alcohol or drug using at the rental and other events.
- You participate on all SUP activities on your own risk and you should have a valid personal insurance!
- On a paddle tour/class is good to bring a swimwear, a water bottle, a towel, sunscreen and sunglasses. On longer paddling tours, it is good to have with you a cap, snacks and extra clothes. In warm weather it works great to paddle in swimsuits and/or comfortable workout clothes on. During cold weather and in the spring and autumn I recommend to bring your own wetsuit (Because of sanitary reasons and Covid19 situation I don’t provide wetsuits and shoes anymore)
- I recommend to be at the place 10-15 min before the start of your SUP activity, if you need to change to a wetsuit.
- Days and times for different SUP activities on Calendar page are preliminary and can be changed due the weather conditions.
- Cancelation of your booking: latest 3 h before the activity via phone. In case of late cancelation you will be charged a full price.
- Children,(12-15 years), students and seniors (65+) always get 20% off regular prices.
- Special prices will be applied during certain periods, keep an eye on the website!
- Payment via SWISH 1236582951 or by invoice for companies.
- SUPerGYM’s activities are approved for friskvårdsbidrag and you can pay via EPassi or get a receipt so you can get a refund from your company later.
- NOTE: you book any SUP activity only via e-mail or phone no later than 3 h before the activity. In the celendar on the Calendar page you will see only special classes/events, like Sunset/Full moon tour etc. Some activities will be announced with short notice, keep an I on my Instagram
