This PaddleFit Basic 1 class will introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP). You will learn the basics of SUP in a pleasant and safe environment. PaddleFit Basic will help you build the foundation for your future paddling endeavors. You will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim. You do not need to have prior paddling experience to take this class.

HOW IT WORKS

First it will be a short introduction on land, you will learn the basics of SUP, how to carry the board, how to launch the board and stand on the board, paddling techniques and safety. Then we will continue on the water together.

You can look forward for a pleasant and fun experience!

Time: 1,5 hour

Age: 16 and up

Included in the price: a SUP board, a paddle, a leash, a life jacket.

Maximum 7 participants.

For classes outside Växjö – minimum 4 participants, additional fee for driving to the place will come.
